Ingredients

    1 cup low-fat soy milk
    6 oz Silken Lite Firm Mori-nu Tofu
    1 large frozen banana
    1 cup frozen mango chunks

Tips

I peel my bananas, break into small chunks, put into snack sized baggies, and freeze for smoothies. No trouble with too ripe or too green!


Directions

put all ingredients into blender and blend till smooth
