    Beans, black, 3 cup
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 breast, bone and skin removed
    Tomato Sauce, 1.25 cup
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Chili powder, 1 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp
    Onion powder, 1 tbsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Coriander leaf, dried, 1 tsp


Brown chicken with olive oil in pan, add to crockpot with other ingredients. Adjust seasoning to taste.
