Ingredients

    Beans, black, 1 15.25 oz can
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1-2
    Onions, raw, .5 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Fajita Seasoning, 2 tsp
    Mrs. Dash (R) Fiesta Lemon Seasoning Blend, .5 tsp
    Olive oil, 1 tsp
    Water, 3 tbsp

Tips

put over brown rice or in whole grain tortilla. All a little guacamole and salsa if desired.


Directions

cook peppers and onions in olive oil in large skillet. Add beans, seasoning and 3 Tbsp water. Let cook until all heated.
