Ingredients

    1 scoop Whey Protein
    1 small Banana
    1 TBSP PB2
    1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt
    1/2 Cup Almond Milk

Tips

I freeze overripe bananas and use them in my smoothies and shakes instead of ice cubes.


Directions

Add all ingredients to a blend and blend. Makes 1 large serving.
