Introduction

This is my and my husband's favorite breakfast. It's so fast... great for weekdays. The avocado is a delicious, healthy alternative to cheese and the hot sauce tops it off with just the right amount of spice! This is my and my husband's favorite breakfast. Ingredients

    1 bagel thin ( deli flats work too)
    1/4 avocado
    1 large egg
    Frank's Red Hot ( to taste)

Directions

Heat a pan on medium with a little nonstick spray. Put bagel in toaster.

Slice up one quarter of the avocado and put on bottom slice of toast.

Cook egg to desired doneness, slide on top of the avocado, then sprinkle with hot sauce to taste.

Serving Size: 1 sandwich
