    1 Cup hard winter berries (sprouted for 2-3 days)
    2 small apples, peeled and chopped
    3 medium carrots, chopped
    3 TBL organic flaxmeal
    1 tsp pure vanilla extract
    2 tsp cinnamon or apple pie spice blend
    1 packet Stevia in the Raw


wheat berries can be substituted with any other grain you are sprouting, buckwheat groats, rye berries, etc.


sprout winter berries for 2-3 days. combine all ingredients in a food processor EXCEPT the raisins and goji berries. process until dough like consistency is achieved. add in raisins and goji berries and pulse just until incorporated. divide dough in to 16 equal pieces. Roll in to balls and press flat onto a teflex sheet and dehydrate at 115 F for 4 hours. Remove from teflex, and flip over. Dehydrate for another 4-6 hours or until desired texture.

Serving Size: makes 16 LARGE cookies (palm size)
