Ingredients

16 oz sheer Lamb meat (yield ca. 3 lbs Lamb shank or steak)
16 oz Green Beans
16 oz Potaoes
3 medium Onions
1 bunch fresh Savory (or 2 tbsp dried)
1 tsp Lemon juice
Salt
Pepper
Directions
In a large pot (big enough to hold all ingredients) cook Lamb in saltwater with the entire bunch of savory (leave it tied), lemon juice and pepper until it falls off the bone. Remove bones, fat and cartilage.
Skim off fat.
remove the Savory bunch and run a fork through the bunch to remove leaves from the braches and add them to the stock.
Cut green beans, onions and potatoes in spoon size pieces. Add to the stock and meat and cook for an additional 15-20 minutes until green beans are tender.
Serving Size: makes 8 2-cup servings
