    1/2 REd pepper sliced in 1 in pieces
    1 package of Trader Joes Chicken-less Pulled Chicken
    Trader Joes Pistachio Nutmeats (roasted unsalted)
    12 grape tomatoes
    1/2 peach sliced up into 1in chunks
    1.5C of Fresh Spinach


Try adding some dried cranberries on top or substituting the pistachios of cashews!


Cook the Trader Joes Chkicken-less pulled chicken alone and let it stand for about two minutes. Mix other ingredients without the apple cider vinegar. Add the chicken-less pulled chicke,then the cider and toss.
