Ingredients

    6 Cups Flour
    4 tsp Vegetable Oil
    2 1/4oz or 5tsp Bakers Yeast
    1tsp Sugar
    1 tsp Salt
    1 Cup Ragu Spaghetti Sauce
    10 Cups Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
    Pepperoni
    2 Cups warm water

Directions

1. Pour warm tap water into large bowl & sprinkle Bakers Yeast on top. Add tsp of sugar. Whisk well. Set aside for 10 minutes allowing yeast to rise.
2. Add salt & vegetable oil. Whisk well.
3. Add Flour. You may only need 5 cups so add that combine then add more if needed.
knead dough for 3 to 5 minutes.
4. Coat bowl with more vegetable oil and place kneaded dough inside the bowl. Coat the bottom of a plate with vegetable oil and cover the top of the bowl.
5. Heat oven to 170 degrees place the bowel in the oven & allow dough to rise until it pushes up the plate.
6. Split risen dough in two pieces & roll out to the size of a cookie sheet.
7. Grease cookie sheet with nonstick spray and place dough in cookie sheet.
8. Use 1/2 Cup of spaghetti sauce & coat bottom flattened dough on the cookie sheet. Spread with a spoon if necessary.
9. Sprinkle 5 Cups of cheese on the spaghetti sauce and top with 1/2 of pepperoni.
10. Repeat steps 7 to 9 with 2nd pizza.
11. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
