Ingredients

    3 1/2 tbsp dukes light mayo
    1 tbsp red wine vinegar
    1 tbsp non fat greek yogurt
    1/8 tsp oregano
    1/8 garlic powder
    salt and pepper to taste
    8 oz elbow macaroni
    1 cup diced zucchii
    1 cupgrape tomatoes diced
    1/4 red onion finely chipped

Tips

I make pasta salad night before so flavors have more time to blend.


Directions

cook pasta and drain in cold water. in separate bowl, mix mayo, vinegar, yogurt, oregano and garlic powder. toss in pasta, zucchini, tomatoe and onion and mix well. Refrigerate at least 1 hour

Serving Size: 1 cup prepared
