2 large cucumbers, peeled & very thinly sliced
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 cup light or reduced fat sour cream
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp finely chopped dill pickle
1 Tbsp finely chopped onion
finely chopped parsley
1/4 tsp sugar
Tips

Directions
Combine cucumbers and salt well. Let stand in refrigerator overnight to draw out the liquid. Add other ingredients and mix well. Return to refrigerator to marinate for several hours.
