Introduction

This is a great tasting sorbet that your whole family can enjoy and you can't even taste the wheat grass!! This is a great tasting sorbet that your whole family can enjoy and you can't even taste the wheat grass!!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 cups pineapple, cored and rind removed
    3 1/2 cups ice
    1/3 cup agave
    2 oz. fresh wheatgrass

Tips

Pineapple could be substituted for a cup of lime juice if you want a more citrusy taste

To prevent mixture from melting, do not over-mix.

Sorbet may need to be placed in the freezer before serving.


Directions

1. Add pineapple and wheatgrass into blender. blend until completely puréed.

2. Add the remaining ingredients to the blender and run until completely blended
