Ingredients

    I used 1 cup of shredded zucchini- not mashed

    recipe stated 1 cup of white sugar but I used .5 cup of white and .5 cup of brown instead.


Tips

came out a little sweet- would be good with raisins added (and nuts if you're a nut lover!)


Directions

recipe stated to cook for 40-45 min for about 3 small loaves. I made 12 muffins so I cooked them for approx 25-30 min
