Ingredients

    - Spinach, 2 cup or Brussels Sprouts, 200g
    - Soy sauce (tamari), 1 tbsp
    - Tofu, cubes, 300g
    - Green onions, chopped, 3 cup
    - Water, 6 cup
    - Miso, 6 tsp

Tips

Note: 0.5 – 1 tsp. of miso paste per cup of water


Directions

- Pour the water into a pot and bring to a boiling state.
- Turn the heat to medium-low and add the tofu.
- Drain the spinach and add the spinach to the pot. Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Turn the heat off, add the miso paste to the pot and stir well.
- Top with green onions and serve immediately.
- Add soy sauce as pleased.
