Ingredients

    1 ) 6 medium zucchini
    2) 1 Roma tomatoes
    3) 4 Cherry tomatoes
    4)1/2 teaspoon cumin seed
    5) 2 tablespoon olive oil
    6) 1 teaspoon salt (according to taste)
    7) pinch of Asafoetida
    8) .25 tsp chilli powder (according to taste)

Tips

Serve it with roti (tortilla) or rice.


Directions

Heat oil in pan. Add cumin seed and asafoetida to it. As cumin sees start to turn brown add Zucchini. Stir it for 10 mintues then add tomatoes to it. Add all the spices and let it cook for another 10-15 minutes until it is tender.
