Number of Servings: 12


    2 cups of dates.

    1 cup of prunes.

    1 cup of dried cranberries.

    1 cup of dried apricots.

    1/2 cup of chopped almonds.

    1/2 cup of flaxseed.


Put all dried fruit in blender, blend until soft.

Mix almonds, and flaxseed into bowl with mixed content. Mix it together well.

Add mixture to baking dish that has wax paper covering the dish.

Cover dish with more wax paper and put in fridge until hard. Cut into 12 pieces!

Serving Size: Makes 12 2 inch pieces
