Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Add 1 Tbsp Chia seeds to 4 Tbsp water and allow to sit until it turns to gel.
    To blender add;
    2 cups chopped Kale, fresh or frozen
    1 chopped peach or mango or pineapple
    2 Tbsp. ground flax seed
    Blend for at least 30 seconds until thoroughly blended and smooth.
    Add the Chia Seed gel and one frozen banana
    Blend again for 30 seconds and enjoy.

    For an extra creamy smoothie you can add 1/2 cup of O% Greek yogurt.

Tips

Try changed the greens up with Spinach, Romaine Lettuce or other leafy greens (no iceberg lettuce).
Any fruit can be used but keep a balanced ratio between the fresh and frozen fruit and veggie to ensure a good creamy consistency.
