Ingredients

    8-ounce package seitan, sliced
    1/3 cup nutritional yeast
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp each cumin and coriander
    1/8 tsp pepper
    2 tbsp miso tamari
    2 tbsp oil

Directions

Serving Size: makes 3 servings

Combine the yeast and spices in a small bowl. Dip seitan in tamari, then in yeast mixture. Fry in oil on both sides until brown over medium high heat.
