Ingredients

    Kraft Reduced Cal Cheddar Cheese 1/4 cup
    Egg Beaters 1/2 cup
    Land o' Lakes Lite butter 6 tablespoons
    Yellow Squash - 4 cups
    Ian's Whole Wheat Panko Bread Crumbs 1/4 cup
    Garlic Salt
    Frozen Onion 1 cup

Tips

Be careful when mixing egg in so that eggs don't set until the casserole gets in the oven.


Directions

Cook squash, onion, 5 tbs butter, and garlic salt until soft. Mix with cheese and egg beaters (slowly so eggs don't scramble). Pour into buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 mins.
