Ingredients

    4 oz Baking Chocolate ( unsweetened squares)
    2 oz Butter, unsalted
    2 Eggs ( large)
    1/4 tsp Salt
    1/4 Vanilla Extract ( pure )
    1/2 Cup granulated sugar
    1/2 cup Brown Sugar ( dark)
    3 oz All purpose flour
    3 grams Baking powder

Tips

*You can roll cookies in powdered sugar and they will look crackled when they are done baking . or you can roll them in some granulated sparkly sugar for a dazzling effect.


Directions

melt chocolate with butter in a double boiler make sure no water comes into contact with the chocolate. mix together the eggs, salt, vanilla extract, granulated sugar & dark brown sugar. mix well but do not whisk. sift together the flour and baking powder in a seperate bowl. temper the chocolate and butter into the eggs very slowly. then add the flour to the chocolate mixture and fold in till completly mixed in. mixture will be runny. put in fridge for a few hours ( 4-6 hrs is best) then take out and preheat oven to 350. drop by Tbsp onto a greased cookie sheet or parchment paper. Place in oven bake for 5 minute then rotate pans and cook for an additional 5 minutes. *
