Ingredients

    3C Rolled Oats or Steel Cut Oats
    1tsp baking powder
    1/4tsp salt
    1tsp cinnamon
    1/2C applesauce
    1C finely diced apples
    1 banana,mashed
    1/2tsp vanilla
    1/3C brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1C skim milk
    3/4C fresh or frozen blueberries
    1C dried fruit (ex. craisins, raisins, dates)

Directions

375degrees. Coat a 9x13 pan with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine oats, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. In a medium bowl, combine applesauce, apples, banana, vanilla, sugar, eggs, and milk. Add milk mixture to dry ingredients and mix well. Gently fold in berries and dried fruit. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 30 minutes.
