    1 lb. chuck steak sliced thin
    5 cloves garlic diced
    1 thumb size ginger diced
    1 red hot pepper sliced
    1 Anaheim pepper sliced
    1 zucchini sliced
    1 carrot cut on the diagonal
    3 stalks celery cut on the diagonal
    1 head broccoli florets
    1 onion Chinese sliced with grain
    1 lb. crimini mushrooms sliced
    1 tsp. sesame oil
    cup marsala wine or white grape and peach juice
    cup very very teriyaki


Place sliced meat in marinade for 3-4 hours
Stir fry meat until browned and drain grease. Then add veggies, then add garlic and onions cook until color brightens not mushy, add sesame oil mix in heat through then take 1 tbs. Corn starch add it to left over marinade and enough water to make 1 cup liquid. Pour liquid into wok and cook until a light gravy forms, serve with curried rice
