Ingredients

    2 Cucumbers sliced thinly(with peel)
    1/3 C Cider Vinegar
    1/3 C Water
    1 T Truvia Natural Sweetener,
    1/2 t Salt
    1/8 t Pepper, black
    1 med Onion sliced thinly

Tips

You can sprinkle dill weed or parsley over the cucumbers for some variety, or use balsamic vinegar rather than cider vinegar.


Directions

Place thinly sliced cucumbers & onions i a small glass or plastic bow. Combine other ingredients in a container with a tight lid and shake to mix. Poor over cucumbers to marinate, cover & refrigerate for at least three hours. Drain cucumbers to serve.
