Introduction

This cake was made by my grandma when she took care of my cousins and me during the summer, and we always loved it. It takes all of 3 minutes to prepare and has little fat in it. It tastes moist and delicious, and you can smell it baking from any room in the house! Ingredients

1 box Angel Food Cake mix
    1 can Pineapple chunks

Tips

If it's a bit dry, you can always use 0 calorie spray butter. Works every time!

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Dump the cake mix and pineapples into a good-sized bowl. Do NOT drain the pineapple juice or add any of the ingredients on the cake mix box.

Mix it up with a spoon a bit just to get it a little even, then blend the mix on medium for about 2 minutes.

Pour the batter into a cake pan and bake for around 30 minutes or until a toothpick/fork stuck in the center comes out clean (my grandma was never a stickler on cooking times, so it may vary).

Once it's done, let it cool and serve!
