Ingredients

1 bunch asparagus, or about 2 cups chopped
1 medium carrot, skin removed, peeled into strips
1 cup fresh spinach, ripped or cut up
    1 large scallion, chopped
    1 tbsp olive oil
    2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    Garlic powder

Tips

I serve this over rice with roasted chicken, and it goes over fantastically.

Directions

Chop asparagus (1-inch pieces), scallion and spinach. Peel carrot into strips. Put oil and W. sauce into a medium skillet (that has a lid) to warm up.

Put asparagus chunks into skillet and stir around for a minute or so, then cover so they steam a little while they sautee. Once the asparagus is vibrantly green, take the lid off and add the other vegetables. Cover again for a couple of minutes, then stir, coating everything with the oil and sauce. Add spices, and keep stirring until the spinach begins to wilt a little and the carrots are tender and floppy like noodles.
