Ingredients

    Burger ingredients:
    8 oz jennie o extra lean ground turkey breast
    3 T dry ranch dressing mix
    1 t salt
    1 t red pepper flakes (or to taste)
    splash of lemon juice

    2 thin reduced fat colby cheese slices (sargento)
    1 ezekiel burger bun

    Toppings:
    3 T heinz ketchup
    2 t honey mustard
    1/2 small red onion, sliced
    1 plum tomato, sliced

Tips

Great if you add 1 slimcado mixed with 1/4 cup nonfat greek yogurt!


Directions

Mix together the burger ingredients. Form into two equal patties.

Put the burgers on the grill- cook through completely.

Toast up the buns while you let the burgers rest (and the cheese melt on top!).

Assemble and enjoy!

Serving Size: Makes 2 burgers with 1/2 bun each!
