Introduction

Ingredients

1 pkg Nasoya silken tofu
2 pkg fat free cream cheese (16 oz total)
1/2 cup fat free sour cream
1/2 cup Stevia 0 cal sweetner
2 eggs
2 tbls lemon juice
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 serving of graham cracker crumbs garnish ( equal to about 1 whole graham cracker)
Tips
let the cream cheese come to room temp
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
add all ingredients (except crumbs) one at a time in your blender and blend each new ingredient. Pour in to 2 quart baking dish.
Sprinkle crumbs on top and back for 50-60 mins. Cake will be lightly brown on top and may be slightly browned around edges. Will be jiggly in center.
Turn off heat and leave cake in oven for 60 mins.
cool to room temp and then refrigerate before serving.
