    Avocados, California (Haas), .5 fruit without skin and seeds (remove)
    Oats, .3 cup (remove)
    Vitol 100% Egg Protein, 1 serving (remove)
    Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, 12 berry (remove)

Directions

Add oats first and grind them up, then add liquid, then non frozen ingredients, then add frozen ingredients. If it needs more liquid, use green tea.
