Ingredients

    1 1/2 c. water
    1 egg
    1/4 c. oil
    1/2 c. instant potato flakes
    3 1/2 c. flour or about 17 oz
    3 T wheat gluten
    1 t salt
    2 generous teaspoons of yeast

Tips

This recipe can be used for cinnamon bread - roll out dough and spray with spray oil and sprinkle with a little sugar and generous cinnamon. Roll up and place in pan. Also can be used for cinnamon rolls, hamburger rolls or dinner rolls.


Directions

Put the ingredients in your bread machine and turn on the dough setting.
Weigh the dough in 3 equal portions and place in greased glass bread pans. No kneeding needed. the whole process including all of bread machine time is about 3 hr.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 22 minutes

Serving Size: Each loaf will make 11 slices
