Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup dry lentils
    1/3 cup chopped onion
    1 diced red jalapeno
    1 cup spicy V8 juice
    1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
    4 sliced cherry tomatoes
    1 clove chopped garlic
    2 cups water

Tips

Great side with BBQ chicken, or grilled pork chops.


Directions

Put all ingredients in medium size pot, bring to boil, reduce heat to simmer till beans are tender.
