Ingredients

1 pork loin roast (about 2 lb)
1/2 c orange juice
2 T lime juice
1 T minced garllic
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
2 T yellow mustard
8 crusty bread rolls, split in half
8 slices Swiss cheese
8 thin ham slices
4 small dill pickles, thinly slliced lengthwise
Tips
If preferred, use countertop or tabletop grill to compress and heat sandwiches.
You can substitute sliced pickle in jar for the pickles.
Directions
1. Coat crock pot slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Add pork loin
2. Combine orange juice, lime juice, garlic, salt and pepper flakes in small bowl. Pour over pork. Cover; cook on low 7 to 8 hrs or on high 3 1/2 to 4 hrs. Transfer pork to cutting board and allow to cool. Cut into thin slices.
3. To serve, spread mustard on both sides of rolls. Divide pork slices among roll bottoms. Top with Swiss cheese slice, ham slice and pickle slices. Cover with top of roll.
4. Coat large skillet with nonstick cooking spray and heat over medium heat unti hot. Working in batches, arrange sandwiches in skillet. Cover with foil and top with dinner plate to press down sandwiches. Heat until cheese is slightly melted, about 8 mintues. Serve immediately.
