Introduction

This super simple snack is low fat, low cal, low carb and high protein. The flavor reminds me of the filling for piroshki we used to make when I was a kid, but without the fired bread part. Ingredients

    1 can of Sauerkraut (14.5 oz)
    2 cans of chunk light tuna in water (5 oz each)

Tips

I prefer salmon to tuna, but this is my "everyday snack" so I use tuna.


Directions

drain sauerkraut and tuna and mix well

Serving Size: makes 6 half cup servings
