Ingredients

    Carrots, raw, 2 large
    *Chouchou, Chayote fruit, 500 gram(s)
    Zucchini, 500 grams
    Cabbage, fresh, 175 grams
    Cabbage, chinese (pak-choi), raw, 2 leaf
    *fresh cauliflour, 1 cup
    Broccoli, fresh, 3 spear (about 5" long)
    Green Beans (snap), 0.5 cup
    Water, tap, 1500 mL
    Onions, raw, Chopped small 1 large
    Garlic, 1 clove, minced
    *Corn Oil, 1 tbsp

Directions

Chop all veggies
Sautée onions and garlic in oil
Add all other ingredients
Bring to a boil
Simmer for a while
