Ingredients

    kernels from 5 ears of corn
    3 oz Asiago cheese, shredded
    2 pats of butter
    2 eggs
    1/4 c flour
    salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Mix corn, cheese, eggs, flour & salt & pepper in food processor. Pulse lightly. Saute 1/4 cup pancakes in 2 pats of butter.
