Introduction

Ingredients

    Ground turkey, 93% lean, 20 oz
    Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, with green chilies, 1.75 cup
    1" chopped Green Beans fresh or frozen, 2 cups
    Onions, 1/2 cup, chopped

Tips

Top with shredded cheddar, and serve with a tortilla.
I don't cook out all the water 'cause I like it juicy.


Directions

Lightly brown the ground turkey on medium heat, then add the chopped onions.
Continue cooking for ten minutes.
Add the diced tomatoes and cook out as much of the excess water as you prefer.
Add the chopped green beans and cook until tender.

Serving Size: makes 4 1-cup servings
