Ingredients

    6 Frozen -all the way thawed- Chicken Breast
    2 Red Bell Pepper sliced
    1 can *Kidney Beans - Organic Trader Joe's,
    1 Onions, sliced
    Lime Juice, 1 lime yields(remove)
    Cilantro, raw, 8 tbsp(remove)
    **Pace Chunky Salsa - Medium, 72 tbsp(remove)
    *Lawry's Taco Seasoning, 3 tsp(remove)

Directions

1.) Mix all ingredients in crock pot.
2.) Cook on low for 8 hours.
3.) Shred chicken.
