4 Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins
14 oz Jennie-O Turkey Lean Breakfast Sausage Links (casings removed)
10 Eggs
1/2 cup Reduced Fat Sour Cream
8 oz Low Fat Cheddar Cheese
1 cup diced Green Chile Peppers
Tips
* If you're sensitive to spicy food, reduce the green chile peppers to 1/2 cup.
Directions
Spray 9X13 pan with butter flavored cooking spray.
Arrange sandwich thins with insides facing down in bottom of pan.
Brown and crumble sausage. Pour over muffins.
Sprinkle half of green chile peppers over sausage.
Mix eggs and sour cream and pour over sausage.
Sprinkle cheese and remaining green chile peppers over egg mixture.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Uncover and at bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
