Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    3 tomatoes, quartered
    1 onion, quartered
    3-4 cloves of garlic
    a handful of fresh cilantro
    1 tsp of salt

Tips

the salt really changes the taste, so before adding it taste & if you like a really tomato taste then only add a dash, but if you want the tomato taste to be a bit lighter (which is my preference) I add about a tsp or so of salt.


Directions

place the tomatoes into a food processor & pulse. Add the onion & garlic and pulse. Add salt to taste. Lastly add the cilantro and pulse again.

Serving Size: makes about 4-5 cups of salsa
