Introduction

Ingredients

    8 sheets of rice paper
    8 ounces of cooked turkey breast jullien sliced
    16 fresh basil leaves
    8 butter lettuce leaves
    1 medium carrot grated
    1 sweet red or yellow pepper sliced
    4 thin slices of red onion

    Sauce
    1 tbsp olf fashion peanut butter
    1 tbsp of asian chili paste
    1 teasp seasoned rice vinegar
    water

Directions

Briefly dip one sheet of rice paper in warm water. place on clean flat surface. place 1 oz turkey, 2 basil leaves, 1 lettuce leaf, 1/8 of grated carrot, 1/8 sliced pepper, and 1/8 of sliced onion. Gently roll up like a burrito. Set on platter and repeat.
For dipping sauce, combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well and add water to thin the sauce a little.
