Ingredients

Marinade ingredients
4 Tablespoons Newman's own light honey mustard salad dressing
1 Tablespoon orange low sugar orange marmalade
1 Tablespoon pineapple juice
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon chipotle chilli powder
20 oz chicken, no skin
1 Tablespoon olive oil
2 cups Dole pineapple chunks
Directions
Combine all ingredients for marinade.
Cut chicken into chunks and saute on stove top in olive oil until no longer pink (aprox 10 min). Pour marinade over the chicken and stir to coar. Cook until sauce is thickened.
Carmelize pineapples in broiler and add to stove top mixture.
Serve over rice or vegetable of your choice.
Serving Size: Makes 5 4oz servings of chicken
