Ingredients

    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
    beef, shredded, 16 oz
    ground black pepper, 1 tsp
    Salt, 1 dash
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    mixed herbs, 1 tsp
    Romaine Lettuce (salad), 2 cup, shredded
    Spinach, fresh, 1 cup
    white vinegar, 1 tbsp

Tips

more or less spices and salt may be used depending on your taste. Carrots, turnips, broccoli and other vegetables may be added to the stir-fry depending on taste
Salt and spices may be replaced by soy sauce


Directions

wash spinach and lettuce
sprinkle with vinegar and toss to mix thoroughly
set aside in a strainer to drain excess water
peel, wash and slice onions into medium rings
heat oil in a thick bottomed pan or skillet
add beef, black pepper, mixed herbs and dash of salt to oil
stir fry till beef is halfway done
add ring onions and chopped bell peppers
stir fry till beef is fully done.
serve leafy vegetables with beef on top
