Ingredients

4 oz Orange Juice
4 to 6 oz water
1 tbsp coconut oil
6 oz fat free plain Greek Yogurt
1 cup frozen black berries
1 scoop protein powder (may be 2 scoops depends on protein)
Tips
The coconut oil is a great way to get omega 9 fatty acids. Also the frozen berries will add the "ice" texture to prevent your shake becoming water downed.
Directions
combine orange juice, yogurt, coconut oil, and frozen berries. Blend, then add protein powder and 4 to 6 oz water. Blend until smooth, and enjoy!
