Ingredients

1 pint of fresh raspberries
2 - 3 large white peaches (peeled and pitted)
3 cups sugar
1 box Low Sugar Sure Jell Pectin
Hardware:
canning pot
canning jars (cleaned and sterilized)
lids and rims
Tips
You can make this jam and place it in a covered plastic container to keep in your refrigerator for quick use as well.
Decorated jars make wonderful gifts.
Directions
Make sure your jars, lids, and rims are cleaned and sterilized.
Prepare peaches by peeling, cutting around the pit, and finely chopping. (may be put in a food processor and pulsed 3-4 times)
Measure out 4 cups of fruit (chopped peaches and raspberries) and place in a large pot.
Measure out 1/2 c sugar and mix with pectin. Add to fruit mixture in pot and stir well.
Bring fruit mixture to a full boil and add the remainder of sugar all at once. Return to a FULL boil. While Stirring, boil for one full minute.
Remove from heat and jar.
Process your jars for 10 minutes on a hot water bath.
Makes 6, 1-cup jars
