Introduction

Ingredients

    4 cups Cabbage (chopped)
    2.5 cups Carrot (sliced)
    2.5 cups Shitake Mushrooms (stem removed, sliced)
    4 cups Bean Sprouts
    1 cup Snow Peas (string removed, chopped in half)
    1 Tbsp Fresh Ginger Root (grated)
    4 Cloves Garlic (minced)
    1/2 cup Scallions (thinly sliced)
    1/2 cup Cilantro (roughly chopped)
    9 oz Top Sirloin (broiled, thinkly sliced)
    2 tsp Sesame Oil
    1 tsp Sriracha Sauce
    8 cups Low Sodium Beef Broth


Tips

Can serve over brown rice vermicelli (not calculated into serving)


Directions

Heat sesame oil in large dutch oven, add carrots, mushrooms and cabbage, cook until slightly soften, about 2-3 minutes. Add garlic, cook 1 minute. Add beef stock and bring to a boil; cook for 2 minutes. Add snow peas, bean sprouts, sriracha, bring back to boil. Add green onion and cilantro, stir and serve.
