    1 8oz Cream Cheese
    1 Large Egg
    1/2 cup Sour Cream
    Add sweetener to taste
    This recipe uses FIBERFIT sweetener so I am using 6 Tablespoons.

    Beat all together and pour into pie crust.




Cook from 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on if it is solid.

Serving Size: makes 8 slices per pie pan.
