Ingredients

    Shell:
    Coconut Oil, 1/4 cup
    Maple Syrup 2tbs
    Cocoa powder unsweetened, 1/4 cup plus 1tbs
    Dash of sea salt

    filling:
    All Natural No Sugar Peanut Butter 1/4 cup
    Cocoa powder unsweetened, 1tbs
    Maple Syrup 2tbs
    Instant Non Fat Dry Milk Powder 2tbs
    Vanilla Extract 1/4 tsp
    Sea Salt, 1/8 tsp

Directions

Combine first four ingredients in a bowl and stir until it makes a chocolate sauce. Melt coconut oil if necessary. Pour a little of the sauce (saving the rest for later) into the bottoms of cupcake liners in a muffin tin, Then freeze 8-10 minutes. Meanwhile, blend last 6 ingredients. Take liners out of the freezer and top with peanut butter mixture. Now evenly distribute the rest of the chocolate and re-freeze until solid.

Serving Size: makes 6 peanut butter cups
