Ingredients

1 pkg Ground chicken or turkey
    1 T olive oil
    Pressed garlic
    1 bell pepper
    1 oninion
    2 t red pepper flakes
    2-3 zucchini
    1 can canned chopped tomatoes
    1 can (6oz) paste
    1 package spaghetti seasing

Tips

Ground chicken sticks together well enough that you can make meatballs without adding bread or eggs to the mix, I bake them to avoid adding fat (plus it's easier)
or just brown the meat.

Directions

Brown the meat with pepper, onion, garlic, red pepper, salt and pepper to taste, add tomatoes, paste, 8 oz water, and season package, simmer for 10-30 minutes. Add the zucchini when you put the pasta in boiling water (don't you hate mushy zucchini?) - that's it. enjoy.
