Ingredients

    2 - 12 ounce boxes Ronzoni Garden Delight Pasta
    2 10 ounce bags salad shrimp
    1/2 lg bag of frozen peas
    3 cups chopped celery
    1/2 jar roasted sweet peppers, chopped
    1 small onion, minced

    1/4 cup sugar

    1 cup Miracle Whip Light
    1/4 cup FF Greek yogurt, plain
    1/4 cup ketchup
    1/4 cup vinegar (I use Rice Vinegar, but you can use whatever you'd like!)
    3 T Brown mustard
    1 T Paprika

    1/4 tsp salt

Directions

This recipe is supposed to have 1/4 cup of oil in it - it's a bit dry without it.

Cook pasta according to package directions. When drained, combine with shrimp, peas, celery, onion, and sweet peppers.

Whisk together remaining ingredients in a seperate bowl, then combine with pasta mixture.

Chill and enjoy!

Serving Size: Makes 17 one cup servings
