This quick and easy smoothie will add a jump start to your day. This quick and easy smoothie will add a jump start to your day.

Ingredients

    1 medium apple (Gala)
    2 cup Spinach leaves, stems removed
    1 cup unsweetened almond milk (vanilla)
    Nutmeg, ground
    Cinnamon

Tips

You can use any type of apple although I prefer Gala. You can also substitute the almond milk for Soy or rice milk. Best if served cold.


Directions

Core and dice your apple. Remove the stems from the spinach leaves. Add the apple, spinach, and almond milk to the blender. Sprinkle in some ground nutmeg and cinnamon. Blend until desired consistency.
