Ingredients

    2 eggs
    2 tbsp Coconut Oil
    2 tbsp grassfed Butter
    1 tbsp HONEY (also works with stevia adjust to taste)
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract (optional)
    1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
    1/2 tsp nutmeg (optional)
    1.5 cups boilling water


Directions

Put all of the ingredients into your blender jar except for the water (I use my stick blender for this and use a qt mason jar to make it in). When you are ready to blend it add the water quickly and then blend right away. It will become smooth and foamy quickly.
